Warranty Information

We will repair or replace your Dark Owl Archery product in the event it becomes damaged or defective—at no charge to you. If we cannot repair your product, we will replace it with a product in perfect working order of equal or better physical condition.

Do I need to register my product?

Nope! We strive to make our lifetime warranty easier to use so the customer doesn't have to jump through hoops to get a replacement.

Do I need a receipt or proof of purchase to reap the benefits of the warranty?

Absolutely not, we will replace products that are defective or simply break during normal use. We just ask for your Order Number and Product Model so we can look up your order.

What is not covered by the Lifetime Warranty?

The Lifetime Warranty does not cover loss, theft, deliberate damage or cosmetic damage that does not hinder the performance of the product.

Is the Lifetime Warranty transferable?

Yes, our Lifetime Warranty is fully transferrable.

What product(s) does the Lifetime Warranty cover?

Our Lifetime Warranty covers all of our scopes and scope accessories. It does not cover our lifestyle products (shirts, headwear, stickers, and drinkware).
